The Training and Incubation Unit is responsible for drafting, planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating CERMI’s continuing training and vocational training programs, in line with the needs and priorities established by the Board of Directors.
It also provides training services to national and foreign entities, from the public and private sector, welcoming and managing scholarship students and interns.
The Unit promotes partnerships with other national and foreign entities in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship and encourages research in areas such as: solar, thermal, micro-wind and electric technologies (renewable energies); industrial cooling systems, air conditioning, mechanical, electrical and automation technologies and control (industrial maintenance).
