Infrastructure Management Unit (IMU)
IMU is the body responsible for the operation and maintenance of CERMI's building and technical infrastructure and the operation and maintenance of Electra's photovoltaic plant through a service provision contact.
- CERMI O & M Infrastructure Service
The CERMI O & M Infrastructure Service performs the operation and maintenance management of the installations, equipment and technical systems contained in CERMI. In addition to those described, it provides a support service for training and events held at the center, ensuring its smooth and continuous operation.
- O & M Photovoltaic Park Service 4.4MWp
The 4.4MWp O & M Parque Fotovoltaico Service performs the operation and maintenance management of the facilities, equipment and technical systems contained in the 4.4MWp Photovoltaic Park in Palmarejo Grande through a service provision contract with Electra.
