{"id":3063,"date":"2019-06-10T12:10:18","date_gmt":"2019-06-10T12:10:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cermicv.com\/isone\/?p=3063"},"modified":"2020-11-17T10:36:57","modified_gmt":"2020-11-17T11:36:57","slug":"regional-training-of-trainers-on-energy-efficiency-for-ecowas-english-speeking-countries-nigeria-ghana-liberia-sierra-leone-the-gambia-guinea-bissau-and-cabo-verde-cermi-praia-cabo-verde-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/cermicv.com\/fr\/noticias\/news\/regional-training-of-trainers-on-energy-efficiency-for-ecowas-english-speeking-countries-nigeria-ghana-liberia-sierra-leone-the-gambia-guinea-bissau-and-cabo-verde-cermi-praia-cabo-verde-15\/","title":{"rendered":"Regional Training of Trainers on Energy Efficiency for ECOWAS English Speaking Countries (Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Gambia) + Guinea Bissau and Cabo Verde at CERMI, Praia, Cabo Verde, 15th to 26th July 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev) in Praia, Cabo Verde, and the Centre for Renewable Energy and Industrial Maintenance of Cabo Verde (CERMI) are pleased to announce a <strong><u>Training of Trainers on Energy Efficiency<\/u><\/strong>, under the Project \u201cStrengthening the Regional Position of CERMI\u201d financed by the European Union and implemented by LuxDev, in close collaboration with the CERMI.<\/p>\n<p>The Training of Trainers on Energy Efficiency <strong>will be held at CERMI, Praia, Cabo Verde, <u>from 15<sup>th<\/sup> to 26<sup>th<\/sup> of July 2019<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The two-week training will be delivered, in English, by internationally recognized specialists, covering both theoretical concepts and practical aspects of energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidates must be trainers from<\/strong> <strong>English speaking ECOWAS countries (Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Gambia)<\/strong> + <strong>Guinea Bissau and Cabo Verde Training Institutions,<\/strong> with teaching experience on energy efficiency, or energy efficiency experts interested in becoming trainers in the field.<\/p>\n<p>The selection of candidates will be made based on predefined criteria, in order to ensure the expected quality of the training and the necessary balance between countries. <strong><u>Female applications are strongly encouraged. <\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Candidates coming from the target countries training institutions are required to apply to the referred Training of Trainers on Energy Efficiency, <strong><u>by filling in \/completing the attached survey and uploading their Curriculum Vitae.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The on-line application is opened until the 23<sup>rd<\/sup> of June 2019<\/u><\/strong>:&nbsp;
