O Centro Competências Cabo Verde (CdC 3C) e o Centro de Energias Renováveis e Manutenção Industrial (CERMI), reuniram hoje em Benim com o Fundador e Diretor do Songhai Center, Dr. Godfrey NZAMUJO.

A reunião ocorre no âmbito da missão realizada pelo CERMI e CdC 3C ao Benim, com o objetivo de iniciar o processo de implementação de uma formação de formadores em Bioenergia para profissionais da CEDEAO.

Para além da formação em Bioenergia, foi analisada a possibilidade de futuras colaborações em projetos de energias renováveis e sinergias em outras áreas, entre as instituições de Benim e Cabo Verde.

O Songhai Center, na área de agricultura e bioenergia, é hoje uma referência em África.
Com uma visão sistémica de desenvolvimento, tendo o capital humano no centro da sua estratégia e com o objetivo macro de quebrar o ciclo de pobreza em África, colocando o continente à frente do seu próprio destino.

O CdC 3C e o CERMI serão parceiros na materialização desta visão, agregando valor e conhecimento na área da energia (energias renováveis), setor fundamental para garantir que este desenvolvimento se ocorra de forma sustentável.
